Brookvale Union Six Percent Ginger Beer 330ml Can

Brookvale Union Ginger Beer – 4 Cans 330mL – 6% ALC/VOL

Price: $23.95

About Brookvale Union Ginger Beer

Brookvale Ginger Beer is a bold Australian alcoholic ginger beer brewed for full flavour rather than sweetness.

Fresh ginger jumps out straight away with a proper spicy lift that feels natural and lively, not artificial or sugary.

There’s a bright citrus edge running underneath, giving it a clean snap through the middle before the warmth of ginger settles in.

The texture is smooth with a fine fizz that keeps it refreshing without feeling gassy.

It’s brewed with real ginger and balanced carefully so the heat builds gently instead of overpowering the palate.

The finish is dry and crisp, which makes it easy to go back for another without palate fatigue.

This is the kind of ginger beer that works just as well poured over ice with a wedge of lime as it does straight from the can.

There’s substance here, but it stays approachable and uncomplicated.

It suits warm afternoons, backyard barbecues, or whenever you want something with a bit more character than standard premix options.

Nothing flashy, just proper ginger flavour with a clean, refreshing close.

Guinness Draught 440mL 24 Cans

Guinness Draught – 24 Cans 440mL – 4.2% ALC/VOL

Price: $92.95

About Guinness Draught

Guinness was founded in 1759 when Arthur Guinness signed a 9,000‑year lease on the St. James’s Gate Brewery in Dublin, a decision that laid the foundation for one of the longest‑running brewing operations in the world. Over time, the brewery shifted its focus from ales to porter and stout, styles that would become closely associated with the Guinness name.

Guinness Draught itself is a relatively modern addition to the range, first brewed in 1959 to mark the 200‑year anniversary of the brewery. It was developed to recreate the smooth texture and appearance of cask‑conditioned stout, using nitrogen rather than carbon dioxide to produce its distinctive cascading pour and dense, creamy head.

The beer is brewed using water, malted barley, roasted barley, hops, yeast, and nitrogen, with the roasted barley giving Guinness its deep colour and characteristic dry bitterness. Although it appears black in the glass, it is technically a very dark ruby red when held to the light.

Over the 19th and early 20th centuries, Guinness grew into the largest brewery in the world, exporting stout across the British Empire and beyond. While the company is now part of Diageo, brewing at St. James’s Gate continues to anchor the brand’s identity and heritage.

Guinness Draught remains the benchmark for nitrogenated stout, recognised as much for its history and consistency as for its unmistakable presentation.

James Squire Lashes 24x330mL Bottle

James Squire Lashes Premium Pale Ale – 24 Bottles 330mL – 4.2% ALC/VOL

Price: $56.95

About James Squire Lashes

James Squire was one of Australia’s first commercial brewers, arriving with the First Fleet in 1788 and later establishing a brewery in Parramatta. His life was marked by both enterprise and punishment, including a sentence of 150 lashes for stealing ingredients to brew beer, an event that would later inspire the name of this pale ale.

Lashes Pale Ale was created as a modern interpretation of a traditional pale ale, carrying the name as a nod to Squire’s resilience and early role in Australian brewing history. The beer itself reflects a balance between malt and hops, staying approachable while offering more character than a standard lager.

It pours bright and clear, with a steady bitterness and a clean finish that keeps it easy to drink. The alcohol level sits comfortably, making it suitable for regular enjoyment without heaviness.

The James Squire range uses historical references as a foundation rather than a gimmick, and 150 Lashes remains one of its most recognisable beers, linking early Australian brewing history with contemporary production.

Swan Draught 24 bottles 375mL

Swan Draught – 24 Bottles 375mL – 4.4% ALC/VOL

Price: $62.95

About Swan Draught

Swan Draught is one of Western Australia’s most enduring beer brands, with origins dating back to 1848, when the Swan Brewery was established on the banks of the Swan River in Perth. It became the state’s dominant brewery through the late 19th and 20th centuries, closely tied to local industry, sport, and everyday drinking culture.

The beer itself was developed as a full‑strength draught lager, brewed to suit Western Australian conditions and tastes. Over decades, Swan Draught became a fixture in pubs and homes across the state, recognised for its straightforward profile and consistency rather than innovation or trend‑driven change.

The Swan Brewery site at Mounts Bay operated for over 150 years before closing in 2006, marking the end of large‑scale brewing on the river. While production later moved interstate, Swan Draught remains closely associated with Western Australia through its name, branding, and long history.

Swan Draught stands as a reminder of an earlier era of Australian brewing, when regional breweries defined local beer identity long before national consolidation.

Price: $24.95

About Jim Beam Bar Serve Cola Premix

Jim Beam White Label traces its origins back to 1795, when Jacob Beam began distilling whiskey in Kentucky, laying the foundations for what would become one of the world’s most recognisable bourbon brands.

Jim Beam White Label is aged in new, charred oak barrels, giving it a balanced bourbon profile built around vanilla, oak, and gentle sweetness.
