Crafted in Australia’s revered Yarra Valley, De Bortoli Rococo Premium Cuvée blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier using the traditional method. Pale straw with delicate green hues, it offers a soft bead of bubbles and a refined texture. Perfect for celebrations or casual indulgence.

🎨 Inspired by Rococo Art

The name “Rococo” pays tribute to the ornate European design style known for shell-like curves and intricate detail. This cuvée mirrors that artistry with tiny, persistent bubbles and layers of flavour that unfold gracefully. The De Bortoli family’s winemaking legacy dates back to 1928, and that pioneering spirit lives on in every bottle.

🍇 Winemaking & Craft

Base wines are sourced from Yarra Valley vineyards in Victoria’s Port Phillip zone. Each varietal is fermented separately, mostly in older oak casks for subtle complexity. Extended lees contact builds creaminess before blending and secondary fermentation in bottle. After maturation and precise dosage, the wine is disgorged and sealed with a gentle crown cap.

The result is a dry sparkling wine with finesse, tension and lively acidity.
