About De Bortoli Cask Range

Shiraz Cabernet - Vibrant red in colour with plum fruit aromas with lifted spice and pepper. Attractive pepper and berry fruit characters. A medium bodied red featuring soft, spicy fruit flavours balanced by a smooth oaky finish.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc - Light straw in colour with fragrant, grassy aromas. A blend of two varieties that brings together the citrus of Semillon with green gooseberry characters of Sauvignon Blanc. It is a light fresh wine that finishes crisp and clean.

Cabernet Merlot - Brick red in colour. Lifted, ripe plum with lashings of spice, berry fruit and subtle vanillin oak.The palate combines rich berry Cabernet with soft cherry Merlot flavours and vanillin oak on the mid-palate. Good length and depth of flavour coupled with firm tannins, give this wine structure and a balanced mouth feel.

Old Tawny Port -  A deep tawny brown colour. Aromas of caramel, mocha, raisins and dried fig. The palate displays attractive nutty notes with wonderful aged complexity and generosity.

Chardonnay -  Medium bodied with a fine structure. Highlighted by fresh peach and melon flavours.
